Your Better Business Bureau® Foundation Serving Northwest Florida is currently accepting nominations for the 2012 Customer Service Excellence Award.
The Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes individuals for outstanding customer service behavior in the workplace. Businesses, charities and consumers can nominate individual employees for the Customer Service Excellence Award by providing examples of how the employee went above and beyond their required duties to provide exceptional customer service.
Individuals who have made an impact on an organization can be nominated for the Customer Service Excellence Award by submitting to BBB|Northwest Florida:
- A completed entry form (available online at www.nwfl.bbb.org/TorchAward);
- A brief response that includes specific examples explaining why the individual deserves the Customer Service Excellence Award;
- Additional materials to support the entry/nomination showing the individual’s contributions such as honors, awards or letters of recommendation.
Along with the Customer Service Excellence Award, BBB Foundation will award the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics to businesses and charities that maintain a solid commitment to operating in an ethical manner, as well as the Student Ethics Scholarship provided to high school students who demonstrate leadership, community service and overall personal integrity.
Completed applications are due to our offices by 2 p.m. March 16, 2012 or postmarked by the same date.
Award recipients will be recognized at a series of luncheons to be held in May.
