We provide a dispute resolution program to assist Verizon Wireless customers. To begin the process file a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey at www.newjersey.bbb.org.
We will share your concern with the business and work with you and the staff at Verizon Wireless to determine if a settlement is possible. If your complaint is not resolved and the claim is eligible to proceed to arbitration, you will be sent a form to begin the arbitration process. The arbitration will be administered under the Rules of Arbitration (Binding) or the Rules of Arbitration (Binding) for Pre-Dispute Arbitration.
For Verizon complaints other than Verizon Wireless, customers should file a complaint with their BBB.
